Hey you Oded ! you are the first who i will kill if i will be back to Amqa. Amqa is for us, the original palestinian muslims, current palestinians and refugees too. So shutup as much as you can, and believe me that we will crash you one day when the muslim ummah will open its eyes

I am from Amqa in Palestine. My father is Mohammad naim Alkhatib. My grandfather is Naim Alkhatib. I wish that someday, very soon in shaa allah, we will all return back to our homeland, Amqa in Palestine. My grandfather still have the keys of his house and all the documents for his land and real estate. We will never forget our homeland. Justice will be served and we will meet again in our homeland Palestine.

Hello, this is the granddaughter of Abed Mahmoud Dawooud Owayyed (3wayyed), my name is Yara. He was born in Amqa in 1933 and was the son of Mahmoud and Fatme. He was the eldest son to Mahmoud from his wife Fatma, and he had another older son from another wife named Ali which also was born in Amqa and currently they;re living in Shiekh Danoon, 5 minutes away from Amqa which is populated by Jewish newcomers from Yemen since 1952.
My grandfather's wife (my grandmother) name is Hamida Isma'il Majdoub daughter of Fadiye and Isma'il.
I currently live in Jerusalem but travel a lot to Shiekh Danoon, Kfar Yassif and Abu Snan (that's were most of my close family is). I would like to note that if anyone would need help to trace roots or reach family members living in the area, i would gladly help.

Dear All:
Originally, my family traces its roots to 'Amqa, however, in 1948 my family was ethnically cleansed out of their homes by the Israelis. I would like to say ythe following to Oded (the Jewish Israeli settler currently living in OUR village, see below posting dated June-21-2001):
You live in 'Amqa for now, and probably you live in my grandfather's house and farm his lands, but be sure that no matter how long you are going to be in our land, there is going to be a day when justice be served and all ethnically cleansed Palestinian refugees will come back to their homes and farms. If it's not going be up to you or to your government, and if I don't come back to 'Amqa, then it will be my sons and daughters, and that's a promise which you should bank on.
We will return.

This is an excellent site, and I hope that many people from Amqa use it and inform others about it.
The Majzoub's, the Sobhi's, the Khateeb's, the Osman's, the Darawi's and the four or five other families of Amqa.

Hello
I am a Jewish Israeli currently living Amqa. The name Amqa is from the name of ancient village which called Amiqo, which was a Jewish area 1,500 years(as well as Sayda in Southern Lebanon, Irbid in northern Jordan, and Odessa, what is your point. Webmaster), and now we come back (big deal. Still what is the your point).
Amqa now is very lovely place and a lot of families and children live here (it was also peaceful when Palestinian Druze lived there before racists Zionists stole it, we still do not see the point?)
This is a place with trees and flowers and a lot of cows, and sheep (Very possibly our trees, cows, & sheeps. Happy Loot).
We want peace, but we don't agree that the refugees shall be back.(That's the peace the Zionists way, by the way, do you think we really care what you think).
Return of the Palestinian refugees is not good for Israelis & Palestinians a like (Yes Sir, if you say so.)
