The attempt failed due to miscalculation. Some of the group members by mistake killed the others in the blast. I still remember the word qadima. I heard it shouted moments before the blast. Parts of the torn bodies, we saw the following morning, had landed in our garden.
A second comment is on 'occupation'. The official term is mandate. The first suggests the new state came into being as a result of liberation. This is not true to reality.
