That place of pressing vergin olive oil called AL-BADD this stone named Hajar Aldadd,after crushing the seeds filled up inside round pockets made from coconut fibers thread,then arranged in vertical way over each other to be pressed by an great heavy tree trunk named Khashabat Albadd with assistance of three strong powerful healthy men whome can deal with this heavy trunk , then the vergin live oil comes out to filled inside pottery containers called Jarrah 30 litter of oil , carried over women heads to houses . Other olive oil mixed with water and and dark brown olive juice called Zebar slide down to the well , there it will be sedimented by gravity and taken later by the same way . All the processes was done manually no machines or submachines ,after that just taste the fresh vergine hot Jaba'awi olive oil with hot bread backed from Taboun or Tandory nothing taste like that never ,that was our Plaestinian way of cold pressing olive , from our oil trees thousands of years ago farming this blessed land from ever to forever شكرا لكم ابناء بلدي جبع-جنين الاعزاء وادعوكم لكتابة كل شئ تعرفونه عن وطنكم وحضارته كيف يعرف العالم ان فلسطين كانت ارض ووطن لشعب منذ فجر التاريخ هو الشعب الفلسطيني العظيم شعب الجبارين الشعب الذي يحب السلام ولن يستسلم ابدا ابدا مهما طال ليل الاحتلال الاستيطاني البغيض ,,,
