I was surprised to see Sarona in your lists. Sarona was a Templer german colony, not by any means Arab. So was Wilhelma. During WWII, some Templers openly showed their support to the Nazi cause. Eventually these places were evacuated by the British government during WWII.
Sarona is now in the heart of Tel Aviv, and some of the compound has been recently restored.

Seeing Sarona portrayed as an Arab village in your list, makes me seriously doubt the validity of your sources.
