By the name of every person of my family, I deeply thank you for your participation in dad's funeral. Thanks alot for everyone that called or e-mailed to pay his condolences. My dad (mohammed ayoub abu basil) loved this site so much and waited eagerly for any new information posted on it.
I want to thank the organizers of this website because they gave him a last look at his own village.

I was born in al ras alahmar.I was almost 8 or 9 years old when we were expelled to Yaroun south Lebanon. Lead by my mother a shell was fired next to us which send us to the ground interror, that I shall never forget.I am well aware of almost all the geographic setup of my beloved ras ala
hmar.

im so glad that we can contact each other ATLEAST on line since none of the family contact each other by phone anymore... thats not the issue now... everybody has his or her problems... something else im so proud of all of my cousins and relatives the ones i know and the ones i dont know im still proud of them just for the fact that they are from RAS AL AHMAR...

My name is Samer Ayoub, son of Moh'd Fayyad Ayoub. I'm from Ras-Al-Ahmar. My father used to tell me stories about Ras Al Ahmar. Hopefully one day it'll all come back to us, it's stated in the Qura'an. So hang on in there and keep up the faith.
